Thank you for choosing HourHand. We’re committed to delivering your custom-built timepiece with care, precision, and transparency. Below you’ll find all the relevant details regarding our shipping process.


Processing Time

Each watch is assembled by hand after your order is placed. Because of our careful craftsmanship and sourcing of custom parts, please allow 7–15 business days for order processing before shipment. In some cases, orders may be completed sooner—within 1–3 business days—depending on part availability.


Shipping Time

Once your watch is ready, it will be shipped with tracking. Typical delivery times are:

  • Sweden: 2–5 business days

  • Europe & International: 3–7 business days

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.


Why Our Watches Take Time

Our watches are not mass-produced — they are hand-assembled with care in Sweden using high-quality aftermarket parts and reliable Seiko movements. Many orders involve customizations that require sourcing specific parts before assembly.

Once assembled, every watch goes through a final quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards for accuracy, finish, and durability before shipping.

This process takes time, but we believe the result is worth the wait.


Shipping Costs

  • Free world wide shipping on orders over 150 EUR. 


Import Duties & Taxes

Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are not covered by HourHand and are the customer’s responsibility.


Tracking Your Order

You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you experience issues with tracking, feel free to contact us.


Shipping Restrictions

We ship globally, but some destinations may be restricted due to local laws or courier limitations. If your order is accepted at checkout, it means we’re able to ship to your location.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us at support@hourhand-watches.com as soon as possible. We’ll coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.


Order Changes

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or product details. Please ensure all information is correct at the time of purchase
